Dear John,

A belated note to express our appreciation for the completed construction of our Sapphire Lakes home. Staying on schedule and within the cost estimates, without sacrifice to quality, were indeed major ingredients in our overall satisfaction. Also, the ease of communication coupled with your being readily availability made the whole process very smooth. Setting aside the beautiful riverside vista we have had numerous compliments regarding the appearance of our home and the quality of construction.

Carolyn and I are very appreciative of all that you have done and offer our thanks.
