The process of constructing a home is a complicated and complex undertaking. There are so many decisions that must be made in a timely fashion and no matter the size of the project; the cost and the emotional tie to the financial implications can be stressful.

Our goal is to make the process as painless and enjoyable as possible.

It is an adventure in creation and one that we enjoy and we include you in our excitement.

Our communication is the key to a sucessful experience. Most of our clients are not in the area during the construction, except at key intervals when specific decisions need to be made.

 We are using the technology that is available to us to keep you up to date on the progress of your home.

We use digital cameras to e-mail you pictures of your home and we are in the process of creating a "clients only" icon on our web site.

With your own private password, you will have access to up to date pictures of the progress of your home. We will inform you and show you situations where your input is needed and appreciated.

 

We will help you with design, budget, construction, decoration, and landscaping. We can even finish and furnish your home and all you need is a toothbrush.

We can even supply a "new " toothbrush and you won't need to bring a thing. We will help after your home is finished (for good, respectful clients only) and help you to adapt to your home and our community.

If you are real cool, we'll even find you a good dentist, acupuncturist, church or analyst.
